    An AI roadmap is a prioritised implementation plan that identifies concrete AI use cases for a company, assesses them and puts them in a sequence. It shows which processes can be automated, which investments are needed and which order offers the biggest lever. never lost delivers this roadmap in 4 weeks – at a fixed price.

    Will employees be replaced by AI?

    In most SME projects, no. AI takes over repetitive, rule-based subtasks – data entry, sorting, first evaluations. Employees are relieved of routine work and can focus on decisions, customer contact and exceptions. Experience from our projects shows: acceptance comes from involvement, not from announcements.

    What is the 5-pillar matrix?

    The 5-pillar matrix is an assessment framework never lost uses to prioritise AI use cases. The five dimensions are: impact (benefit potential), feasibility (technical viability), acceptance (employee readiness), compliance (legal admissibility) and effort (implementation cost). Each use case receives a weighted score – resulting in an objective priority list without political bias.
