Christoph comes from audio engineering and systems engineering and has run his own businesses for years. Today they run 94 percent automated. He brings this know-how into product and client projects at never lost.
Background
Christoph mastered complex systems long before he automated anything for the first time. In audio engineering, hundreds of signals come together, each in the right place, all at once. He toured Europe with rock bands and then worked in the studio.
A degree in systems engineering with a focus on robotics led him into self-employment. Together with his wife he built beauty studios, took over WAXBAR and scaled two sales companies.
Both worlds raise the same question: what does a person need to decide, and what can the process handle itself? Christoph got into automation and AI early. Today his own businesses run 94 percent automated in the background.
Role at never lost
As Business and Product Manager he is responsible at never lost for what becomes of this know-how. He continuously reviews new AI tools, tests them in real business operations rather than a test environment, and translates our clients' processes into structures that hold up as volume grows.
