Fabian Göhler

Fabian brings a background that fits our work perfectly: more than 20 years of leadership in retail and financial services — with P&L responsibility, managing director roles and restructuring. As managing director he built the digital business of a Munich premium retailer from scratch, including cross-border commerce to China. As a Certified Alibaba Netpreneur he has followed developments there first-hand ever since — often long before they reach the DACH region.

Today he holds a turnaround mandate in the mid-market, works on digitalisation in healthcare and supports an AI forecasting model in the food industry. As a fully qualified lawyer specialising in commercial and corporate law he knows not only the process but also the framework — the EU AI Act, GDPR and compliance as well as funding options are familiar territory for him.

That intersection is exactly our field: real, grown business processes on one side, genuine AI potential on the other. In our process analysis workshop we identify together with companies where AI truly creates value and deliver a clear, prioritised roadmap within four weeks.
