Patrick is founder of KheepU in Linz and connects communication, processes and AI in a way that produces measurable productivity — with the goal of making hidden project knowledge visible and usable.
As an Intelligence Alliance partner of never lost he brings more than 15 years of project management experience from international projects, with previous roles at Kreisel Electric, Kraftwerk Living Technologies and Hitzinger Power Solutions as well as project assignments in Southeast Asia.
Background
More than 15 years of project management in international projects have given Patrick one core insight: projects rarely fail because of the plan, but because information gets lost, handovers are unclear and three people carry three different versions of the same plan in their heads.
That friction is exactly what he works on with KheepU — with AI agents that prepare knowledge and structures that speed up decisions. His principle: AI systems have to be led like a team; that is management work, not prompting.
Patrick is a Certified Digital Consultant, studied mechatronics & business at FH Wels and was involved in an FFG-funded research project with JKU Linz analysing communication patterns in projects.
