Mag. Clemens Hromatka

Clemens brings a background that fits our work: at the M&A advisory firm EPIC Financial Consulting he supported company acquisitions and sales across various industries from 2006 to 2013, most recently as country manager of the Bucharest office.

Since 2014 he has run his own company with BOXIRCUS GmbH, which manufactures and sells mobile hospitality containers and develops location concepts for public and private landowners. Production, sales and operations are therefore areas he knows from his own responsibility. In addition, with taste! he built and operated a seasonal hospitality venue with around 400 seats on the Danube canal in Vienna.

In hospitality and services many workflows are labour-intensive and barely standardised, so the potential for AI-supported solutions is correspondingly large. Clemens knows these processes from years of hands-on responsibility and quickly grasps the starting point of our workshop participants. In his own companies he uses AI today to develop applications and automate internal workflows. In the workshop he combines analytical work on the process with a realistic view of what a business can actually implement.
